If We Are Going To Have A Family Weblog The Layout MUST Be Different Than That Of The Clay Review.

This weblog has of course no relation to the concept of this one, I take it?

No plagiarism! Something different. So whoever is BOSS of this page must change it so we're not always imitating our Falcon friends.

College is pretty fun. We 130 freshmen have been turned into fully-fledged philosphers. It is an exiting feeling. We question, question, and question some more. We read lots of books and study music. Then we dance (swing, Charlston, Viennese Waltz) until we get tired and then we philosophize some more.

Life is good.

Have you never heard, imitation is the highest form of flattery? all right, so it was their idea, but we use wheels every day and didn't invent them either. So.
My philosophy (for the family philosopher) IS: borrow freely from friends, just credit them.

And it IS a good idea.

By the way, what are WIDDERSHINS?

Philosoraptor said...

It is an Elena-ism.

Widdershins is the act of rotating clockwise.
Not sure what that implies for this blog, but it's a quirky title that makes it easy to remember. I'm open to new suggestions for a title if anyone has them.

Er, I meant COUNTER clockwise.

We could always put the title as "Anima Daviae: Soul of the Davises."

Is that too much Latin?

Yes. We're not stuffy Roman Catholics from 700 A.D., yo.
